Whether we are photographing your wedding, a birthday party, family reunion, or your annual family portrait, our services are tailored to your specific wishes. All of our wedding and portrait service proposals are as individual as your family. Our wedding proposals begin with: (2) Professional Photographers Unlimited time the day of the wedding Engagement session 30 days of online hosting USB Flash drive containing web quality images and proof book design ready for printing. Portable photo studio at the reception – (if space permits) We then customize your proposal to fit your specific needs and budget by adjusting the above and/or adding any of the following services: Digital Negatives: Digital negatives are full resolution images prepared for printing at a commercial lab and delivered to you on a flash drive. Purchase price includes a permanent license to print images in any size on any available commercial media and includes the required paperwork to allow commercial labs to print these professionally created images. Prints can be shared or gifted but not sold. Beaux ART-a-GRAPH Guestbook Service: Your guests get a chance for a formal family portrait taken with a professional portable studio and you get an unforgettable guestbook to take home with you that night! As your guests enter the reception, they are asked to sign a guestbook and then step into the portable studio for a formal portrait. Our staff then prints the image and places it next to your guest’s signature and warm wishes within the book! Many times, we can even match the background to your wedding colors or theme. This is an amazing way to remember all of your guests for years to come! Many guests have told us this is the first formal family picture they have taken since their wedding!! Guest Sign-in Frame: Why have your guestbook stuck onto your bookcase collecting dust, when you can have a beautiful piece of art on your wall for all to see! 11"x14" print matted in a 20"x24" frame (over sized matte allows for guest lists over 100 people). The image can be selected from the engagement session or printed from one of your own special images. The frame is completed with glass and delivered to the bride and groom at the end of the night. Save The Date Photo Gifts: We will design and produce save the date mementos for you to send to your guests. We can make photo cards, magnates, small, framed prints, or other photo items to perfectly compliment your style! (Prices are based on individual products). Thank You Photo Service: The images from the Beaux ART-a-GRAPH guestbook service are printed and matted for framing. These images are mailed to a guest list that you provide with a custom thank you note! This service is only available as an add-on to the Beaux ART-a-GRAPH guest book service. If you have a special request, please don’t hesitate to ask. Several of our services were started as a customization for a client’s proposal. Portrait Services: All of your portrait services are custom proposals as well. We can provide services in studio or at your special locations. |
